Walking on Drift Ice
Established in 1902, this brewery devotes each day to carrying on the traditions and techniques of the Nanbu Toji, cherishing the philosophy of taking lessons from the past. They are also making inroads into overseas markets, and are currently one of the most well-known sake brands outside Japan. This dignified Junmai Daiginjo has both luxuriance and intensity, with a rich aroma and mellow taste that makes it perfect for enjoying with a meal.
